If you have a booty or are generally on the thicker size, definitely size up! I’m usually a size 2/4 or small but these are definitely snug on the legs and booty. I will be exchanging for a medium! Other than that they are absolutely perfect

At 5'8 size M these hit just at my ankles and I was really happy with the sizing. The waistband looks really cute and I love the design on the super soft fabric! Would definitely recommend these and the matching top too
