Return Policy:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order. All items are final sale and can only be sent back for store credit or exchange. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please email customerservice@shopsurlacote.com with your order number and our team will be happy to assist you! If you would like a pre-paid return label, please request one when you contact us and we will be happy to provide it.

Items may be returned within 30 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent in for store credit only (shipping charges are non-refundable). We offer free exchanges on domestic orders. Items marked as non-returnable or final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. All returns are subject to inspection- items that have been worn, soiled, altered, or damaged are not eligible to return. Please return items with tags. 

Items purchased with promo codes 50% or greater are final. All sale items are final sale. We cannot refund full price purchases for sale or flash sale prices. All vintage items are final sale.

We offer pre-paid return labels for domestic orders only, when requested. We do not offer return labels for international orders. The cost of the return label is deducted from your refund. 

We are not responsible for returns that do not make it to us or get lost. We cannot offer a refund for any returns that do not reach us. We are not responsible for anything that happens to items after they are delivered, such as shrinking, ripping, etc. 

Care instructions are our best recommendations. We are not responsible for any items that shrink or change after washing or dry cleaning. 


- Afterpay Returns:

If you have changed your mind, you can return your Afterpay purchase by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our return policy above.
Afterpay will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Afterpay.


- Refunds (if applicable):

Due to the small batch production of our pieces we’re only able to offer store credit for returns. Once your return is received, please give us 3-4 business days to process this. We are a very small team so we really appreciate your patience :) 


- Exchanges (if applicable):

Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Lost or stolen packages:

After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
